individuals and situations where the use of deadly force would
be considered excessive. Presently, their tools for what we
consider nonlethal weapons are limited. The Advanced Technologies
Division is plying its expertise in weapons effects to introduce
a host of new technology devices to add to the existing nonlethal
arsenal, including Sticky Shocker®.
