Rigid Mobile Platform

The Mobile and Transportable Systems Group provides mobile platforms capable of supporting precision "Point and Tracking" systems. These rigid platforms provide an excellent foundation for electronic surveillance, tracking, and communication devices that require mobility without excessive setup time. Air ride suspension provides a low-shock environment for onboard electronic systems. The platforms are air transportable and can achieve a GVWR of 12,000 pounds.

The current platform has demonstrated its effectiveness during field operations using an eight (8) foot parabolic antenna. This scaleable platform can also be tailored to host smaller precision devices such as optical, laser, or tracking systems while still providing a "low compliance, high resonant frequency" base of operations.
