System Survivability

Titan's Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) System Survivability capabilities include the development of cost effective technologies to allow systems to operate in hostile environments including nuclear detonations, the natural radiation of space, and directed energy weapons. We have the capability to assess the survivability of systems through a variety of analysis and testing techniques and provide design guidance to system design and management personnel. The System Survivablity Group personnel have vast experience in a variety of testing, including broad band CW; high voltage pulse; current injection; MIL-STD-285; MIL-STD-188-125; MIL-STD-461/462; MIL-STD-220A; antenna pattern testing; radiation effects testing, and power monitoring/thermal analysis.

ATG (formerly Jaycor) has a number of test capabilities, ranging from an in-house fast risetime EMP (FREMP) test simulator to a number of portable, pulsed and CW test systems, including data acquisition. With these systems, we have conducted numerous tests of fixed and mobile systems, all the way from large facilities/systems like the Air Force's PAVE PAWS radars to mobile field systems such as the Army's SINCGARS radio. Radiation effects testing has been performed by our personnel at every radiation effects simulator in the U.S.
